The first step is letting WPOctopus know where you want to install your sites or if you already installed it where it is. To function WPOctopus needs to have full access to your database with the right to edit, write or delete things. Some with FTP access to your host.
I suggest you make a new user and password for WPOctopus for the database and ftp
Next you need to fill in that info at the hostingdetails which you can find at the option websites
When you have added the hosting details you can choose to do 2 things. Install wordpress or if you have already websites that run on wordpress you can have WPOctopus look for them and add them to your account
WPOctopus will take the info you filled in at the hostingdetails and will automaticly detect any wordpress installation.
Next you will have the option to add or delete any found wordpress installation.
When you install wordpress using WPOctopus all you have to do is select the hostingaccount where the new wordpress site will be and the url.(www.mynewwordpress-site.com)
You can have WPOctopus install on multiple domains and there is no limit to the number but keep it at about 50 in 1 run
Each installation is how you want it with the options and themes that you select.
Every installation will have these plugins by default as I think they should be included but you are free to use them or not

You are free to use WPOctopus in any way you want but I advice you to use it in a smart way. Build quality as you now have the tools to manage it and do not rely on MFA kinda sites.

One of the bonuses is the affiliate feeds that you can use. In the post section you can search thru the affiliate products and add them to a post or you can build a rss feed of products and have your wordpress site pull in that rss feed.
